ThreeLac Directions
Take ThreeLac right before you eat a meal. Let each packet dissolve in your mouth and follow immediately with 4-6 ounces of water. Then eat. Food acts as a buffer to assist ThreeLac in reaching the small intestine, where it helps your body rid itself of the candida parasites. For stubborn or elevated candida difficulties, use two packets daily. If you have extremely elevated candida infestations or systemic candida, or if desired results are not obtained, you may take up to 3 packets a day. ThreeLac may be taken all at once prior to a meal or spread out among two to three meals. After 30 days you may then reduce to a maintenance amount of one to two packets per day to maintain body pH.

For added benefit, take one Active Enzymes capsule with your meal to help create a favorable environment for eliminating the candida as it dies off. Oxygen Elements may be added to the water that you take your ThreeLac with and throughout the day. To avoid constipation that may occur when die-off begins, it is recommended that a fiber product be taken during the first few days while ThreeLac is defending against candida. Drink plenty of water.

Note: Children over two may take ThreeLac as stated above. Those who are pregnant, nursing or are taking antibiotics are specifically advised to consult their physician before taking ThreeLac or any nutritional supplement.

• Follow the how to use instructions for ThreeLac. Remember, ThreeLac is best used by taking it with your meal.

• Oxygen Elements can simply be added to the water that you drink with your ThreeLac and throughout the day. The daily recommended dosage is seven drops, three times a day, for a total of twenty one drops per day.

• One Active Enzymes Capsule should be taken twice a day along with your ThreeLac.

• Restoration of pH levels; a favorable pH is instrumental in the management of candidiasis.
