Oxygen Elements Max - Directions

In addition to many other benefits, Oxygen Elements PlusMax™ and Silica Plus™ are two of the most powerful cleansers known. You may experience cleansing symptoms when first using them, but the symptoms are temporary and the good news is that you are eliminating toxic waste from your body. If you follow the recommended procedure, you will minimize cleansing symptoms that may include mild diarrhea, headache, gas, aches, constipation, mild to moderate malaise, lethargy and tiredness.

Oxygen Elements Max Directions
Add drops to eight ounces of purified water or juice and take with or after meals. We recommend you test your level of toxicity by using 3-5 drops of Oxygen Elements Max once a day for 2-5 days. Gradually increase the product usage over a two to three week period until you are using a maintenance amount of 7 drops three times a day. For a therapeutic dosage, increase slowly to 21 drops three times a day and maintain this amount for one to two months before dropping to the maintenance amount.
